SOCIAL JUSTICE The Social Justice Ministry is sponsoring a table at the annual Earth Care Summit. The theme this year is ‘The True Costs of Climate Change’. It takes place on Sunday Jan 25th. It includes a pre-event seminar with Dan Misleh the executive director of the Catholic Climate Covenant, dinner, and breakout sessions on the impact of climate change. Please see the sign-up sheet in the Narthex for more information and to sign up. On Sat. Jan 31, 2015 St. Juan Diego parishioners can work on houses at a Habitat for Humanity work site. No experience is necessary and all tasks will be suitable to your comfort level. Get to know other St. Juan Diego parishioners and maybe even a few families who will be living in the homes you will be building.
