Age preference 20 – 24 years of age. Minimum 2 years industry and job related experience in a CLIENT SERVICE CALL CENTRE ENVIRONMENT. Advanced knowledge of hardware, software, networking and internet. Knowledge of the industry, suppliers, competitors and current technological development and trends. General accounting knowledge. Exposure to Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.) Must be able to effectively support the client base via electronic medium (telephone and remote management) with software, general accounting and general PC inquiries. Assist clients with Internet and email setup and support, “walk-in” PC repairs and upgrades, problem solving, assist with in-house products, programs and data problems and hardware support.
