SOLEXCHANGE IS SHUTTING DOWN AND COMING TO AN END: The company launched 17 months ago, and some of us have gotten so distracted by The SoleXChange (TSXC) that we’ve forgotten that the whole thing is actually a big test. Or, Solexchange never actually mentioned that it was a test. Either way, that test called Solexchange, is coming to a close. Solexchange has over 30,000 customers who we have proudly served over the 17 months. The biggest and fastest growing sneaker show has proven its hidden point, and just like all great things, its now time to say goodbye. Tomorrow, at midnight, the company will be shut down and all of our customers will be permanently refunded and deleted. Solexchange won’t be resurrected until 2020, at which point the only shoes on our site will be the LeBron 99s and the Jordan DB 400s. That said, we hope some of you continue to collect shoes until that time. Talk about slow and steady, right? Will people in 2020 remember Solexchange? Reactions to this news should be interesting. Solexchange is one of the fastest growing sneaker shows of all time, not to mention the most successful. So its no surprise when that the news of this closing reaches some folks itll come as a shock.
