SOME ADDITIONAL NOTES REGARDING TONIGHTS MEETING: Please arrive, sign in and be seated prior to 6:30, so they we may begin the business of the evening promptly at 6:30. We will do our best to keep the meeting moving in a quick and orderly fashion. Some people, myself included are under a time constraint due to childcare issues or other commitments, so we need to keep the running time as close to 60 minutes as possible. Only PTO Members may vote in tonights election. Membership is determined by the existence of a Cumru PTO Membership application for the current year, filled out and signed by the Member. If you have been an active volunteer all year, but are unsure if you actually filled out an application, please come a few minutes early tonight in order to fill one out prior to the meeting.
