SOME PEOPLE DONT GET IT... Security plates are made to designate authority and purpose.This means that the plates are only to be used in an official capacity to allow certain temporary privileges w regards to mobility. Placing security plates on vehicles not used for official functions should be considered an indiscretion and poor form as it extends this temporary privilege to non official functions. In fact I think its illegal. A high ranking govt official on the road is only treated different when he is performing official functions or when hes on the clock doing govt work. Otherwise and at any other time theyre just ordinary schmucks on the road just like the rest of us.
