Somewhat confused or agitated on 13 May 2014 in Washington D.C., French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius along with his counterpart U.S. State Secretary John Kerry announced the COUNTDOWN to climate change disaster, saying “We have 500 days to avoid the climate chaos.” 2. The ANNOUNCEMENT DATE was supposed to be made thru Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) by no less than U.S. President Obama on 24 October 2014 exactly 500 days from 07 June 2013, when Obama met with Chinese Premier Xi in Santa Monica, California, and both agreed such announcement specifically on the presence of Nibiru in the inner Solar System. 3. According to the Zetas, the test runs on EBS to make this announcement were also thwarted thru cyber hacking. It was not the Russians, but the Israelis were actually behind this EBS sabotaged because the Jewish banking system is very much against this announcement. 4. Also according to the Zetas, the GLOBAL ELITE (who are mostly members of Committee of 300 currently chaired by Queen Elizabeth II) continuously block any attempts by Obama and his partners from the COUNCIL OF WORLDS to announce, eventually admitting that Nibiru a.k.a. Planet X exists. 5. In this imminent Climate Chaos due to “fly-by” of Nibiru to Earth, the Global Elite have already prepared for themselves deep UNDERGROUND BUNKERS with over a year of provisions across the U.S. and other potentially SAFE areas in the world. 6. Due to Nibiru “fly-by” thing, the GLOBAL SEED VAULT was constructed in earnest in Svalbard, Norway. The “Whitehouse 2” will be located deep underground at Denver International Airport. 7.
