The complete original was left with F4J) We a family rights group of private sector citizens are here to politically lobby our governments Executive Branch and Legislative Branch, to care about, pay attention to, and show action on the issue that is the Executive & Legislative Branch governments not faithfully actually operating according to the governing political principles inherent to the United States and California Constitutions. We want the Executive and Legislative powers to address their failure of relying only on the United States & California Constitutions’ political principle ‘separation of powers’. And we want the Executive and Legislative Powers to address their neglect to exercise the United States & California Constitutions’ political principle ‘checks and balances’. The Executive and Legislative powers failure by relying only on the governing political principle separation of powers, and the Executive and Legislative powers neglect to exercise the governing political principle checks and balances is our political problem issue. Our political problem issue is in regard to caring about and protecting families’ and parents’ and children’s relationship Rights. The problem is the Executive & Legislative Branches’ constitutional failure and constitutional neglect is allowing California’s Judicial Branch Government’ Family Courts to violate a considerable number of Families’ and Parents’ and Children’s relationship Rights. Many Parents and Children have suffered and are suffering those violations against their Parent and Child Relationship Rights and don’t know it or know it and there’s nothing they can do about it! There’s no government protection against the violations of Parents’ and Children’s relationship Rights. This is a much bigger problem than people are aware of and know. It is large enough it’s having a bad affect on our entire community, and because of Officials’ socio-economic discrimination the affect is much worse in particular neighborhoods, and, Judicial Branch’ Family Courts are maliciously illegally terminating Parents’ and Children’s relationships forever. California’s Judicial Power we estimate in many County Districts more than 50% of law departments, also known as courts, are politically out of order and out of control. What out-of-order courts do is when families are going through rough waters and separation the out of order courts fraudulently maliciously economically exploit the families by unfaithfully executing the laws and through that unlawful means to governance defraud parents and their children of their relationship Rights, and illegally terminate Parents’ and Children’s relationships forever: that seriously illegal judicial malfeasance is harsh saddening heavy oppression on Parents and Children, and destroys many Children’s and Parent’s lives. The Judicial Branch Government’s commonly going-on offensive against the Public unfaithful execution of the Laws is not being cared about or paid attention to by the Executive & Legislative Branches so that it will undergo the required Constitutional Government inter-Branch checks and balances. Instead what is happening is when the Judicial Branch Government’s Judges’ and Court Personnel’s political-infidelity, unfaithful execution of the Laws, and offenses against the Public are brought up before our Governor who is the Supreme Executive Power and brought up before our Legislators they reflexly respond with: “separation of powers can’t do anything about it”. We want the Executive and Legislative Powers to truly strongly address this issue.
