SOOO FUSTRATED!!! SS disability office sent us paperwork we already filled out once but this time they want a third person [friend or other relative] to fill out all this very personal info about our 20yr old son -- but NOBODY knows him well enough to answer these questions. Questions such as how much tiem do you spend with this person, what do you do together, his personal care, what does he do all day- how does he interact with other people, how does he handle stress, health /meds questions, shopping, money, how well do they follow instuctions...tand hey need this info back within 10 days. Then they also sent us job information forms AGAIN. What part of he has not worked a day in his life outside of chores for mom and dad do they not get? Hes never even applied for a job!! :(
