SOOOOO I now have to quit my last vice other than coffee.... the reason.... Well, learned my lesson - sort of... had my second minor heart attack last night... the first was 5 yrs ago and was due to medication for a misdiagnosis, but this one.... between high levels of stress and having been withdrawing from the hormone therapy cold turkey due to paperwork issues in two different Dr.s offices and major confusion for 2 weeks now with a little over 3 weeks of trying to get it done before running out (3rd time now, same issue, not including the bloodwork mix up that made last summer barely memorable, as in very few memories able to recall)... now have to get a stress test to see how bad it really is and go from there but couldnt keep my BP up, and kept dropping- to the point of confusion and no memory of it, which made it impossible to run blood thinners... Anyways they wanted to keep me over night for observation (which by the way the rest of the night went I shouldve) or if I wanted to go home, rest, and follow up wit Dr., as well as schedule the stress test... I obviously chose the latter, before Emmy could make the decision for me :) ... still having some chest pain and issues with my lefty but just watching it closely with my BP etc... Funny thing is, Emmy made me go- quite insistently, after she caught me doubling up around the corner (that woman has a sixth sense withme I swear) ... except this time she didnt threaten to sit in the truck... instead she called her mom, my dad and the ER then told me if i didnt go that I would make her have the baby early if I didnt go- low blow baby doll Emily Schwarz but I love you anyways- stubborn woman ;) ... and back to meditation I go- no time for it but I guess Ill be making the time
