SOOOOOOOO very proud of my son, Diego !!! We had our instructor meeting tonight for Max10 and Travis passed out the feedback from the participant survey and here are 2 of the comments about Diego Oh my goodness, can I rave any more about Diego? He is just so fantastic -- you can always understand what he is saying (i.e. he enunciates carefully), he has an incredibly great way about him, and he sends your motivation THROUGH THE ROOF. His giving positive and motivational feedback during the longer sprints in a session is just invaluable -- maybe other instructors should take lessons from him? Diego is the model instructor that others should aspire to be. He takes the time to provide good tips, is a good (positive) motivator, and shows genuine interest in class success He also told everyone tonight that he is writing a book (much to even my suprise) about treating our bodies like the Greeks did...as a temple and our most prized possession, that we should see our bodies as something glorious!!!! WOW!!! :) Holy crap does my baby have a future ahead of him or what?!?!?!?. He also is already planning on making workout videos too!!! anyone have connections, you gotta let me know cuz I know my son is gonna inspire lots of people!!! :)
