SOUL SLAP # 26: Thyroid, metabolism, neck pain oh my! Throat chakra: throat, mouth, neck, thyroid! HOW DO I KNOW IF IM BLOCKED HERE? Youre an over talker or gossiper. Or you constantly edit your inner truths worried about what others will think, ruled by shoulds. You have thyroid imbalance and wonky metabolism. Youre not honoring creative expression. Trouble swallowing, neck pain and hearing troubles are also associated with blocked 5th chakra. WHAT DOES A HEALTHY THROAT CHAKRA SOUND LIKE? When you are healthy here you have an internal knowingness and speak your truth from a place of grace and wisdom. You use language to empower. You also have integrity- your words are congruent with your actions- even in the small things. You listen and speak with ease. PATH TO HEALING: 1. Shh shh shh . As mentioned in video - throat is all about burning through the bs, the social conditioning, and arriving at the essence of YOUR truth. Then communicating this with grace and ease. Connecting to this higher truth takes quiet. TOO MUCH NOISE IN LIFE (whether inner chatter, excessive info intake etc) is a sure fire way to never really connect with your truth. Find stillness. Fight for it if you have to. 2. Art. As always im gunna root for creative expression. We are all artists. And art, in whatever form, is a complex form of communication. Tap into your childlike craft whether its fashion, words, music, paint - creating is a powerful path to healing throat chakra and arriving at your truth. Oh yeah, this ones my fave!
