SOUND SPEECH THAT CANNOT BE CONDEMNED. Titus2:8Sound speech,that cannot be condemned;that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed,having no evil thing to say of you Every believer should have sound speech because every word we speak have Power, we should endeavour to avoid negative words that can kill or destroys according to the Book Prov 18:21Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the Fruit thereofSo, as holy Children of God corrupt words should never proceed out of our mouth for the Bible says in Eph4:29Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers We have been counsel by the LORD not to speak evil, but it is so unfortunate that most Christians speak as if we are of the world, the kind of conversation, coments they use is not edifying to the hearers,they are good in speaking evil of Men of God, they can slander others,they are very good in accusing others,they can murmur, backbite, find faults and yet they claim to be the deciples of the Lord, oh! That is not the teaching of the Bible, that is not what our Lord Jesus preached to us in Matt12:34-37, any one who does such is only bring eternal damnation to him/herself. As Believers, we should speak from the new birth experience,for we have been renewed to live a holy life and the seed of JESUS dwells in us, And so, we should demostrate our new life in Christ by the way we speak. We should understand that there is different between edify and defile, the word Edify ministers grace and is always salty, but the word Defile stains our heavenly robes,corrupt and it stains our heart sanctification and that of the hearers,also gives license to continue in sin for those who are not bornagain, and anyone who speaks defiling words will find it difficult to please God and such person can be called the worker of iniquity in the last day, So, our words should be salty, gracious and edifying and the good Lord will be glorified in our Christian lives in Jesus name, Amen. For as many who may have been ultering defiling and corrupt words, should understand that God is not pleased with such words and the Induction of the Lord to such people is to repent and promise God never to speak such words anymore, and those who are not born again should, please accept Jesus into your life before grace and mercy will be no more. PRAYER POINT: OH LORD GIVE ME THE GRACE TO ULTER SOUND SPEECH THAT CAN NOT BE CONDEMNED.
