SOUR NOTE!!! It doesnt stop there,perfect or not perfect,life has to continue.This i tell myself every time.Enough times we goof..yes really badly,We make wrong decisions,we watch people make totally wrong moves which make us shrink within...We make decisions all the time.Managers are paid to make them, and sometimes they will make bad decisions... errors.But as jazz legend Miles Davis once said, if you hit a sour note, its the next note that makes it good or bad. Make the best of a bad situation, and turn your decision into a minor mistake in the context of the whole.Accept responsibility, apologise and explain, then keep going and focus on the now.Take what youve learned and channel it into doing better, so the next note and the next are excellent; and before long, people will forget the sour one.Do not sweat about about...#prayloveinspire.
