SOUTH AFRICAN PHOTOGRAPHERS WIN LION’S SHARE AT 49TH ANNUAL WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR COMPETITION Greg Du Toit won the overall prize with his photograph titled ‘Essence of Elephants’ which featured in ‘Animal Portraits’. Isak Pretorius was the winner of the ‘Behaviour: Birds’ category with ‘Sticky Situation’. And Hannes Lochner was a joint runner-up in the Animal Portraits category with his photograph Curiosity and the Cat.
