SOUTH EAST YOUTH PDP FRONTIER EXECUTIVE MEETING COMMUNIQUE HELD AT LANDMARK HOTEL IN ENUGU STATE 1/11/2014 The meeting started at about 12.30pm and opening prayer was said by Comr. Nwankwo Jeffrey. The minutes of the last meeting was read and was adopted. Accreditation of Executive members was done. The following were agreed upon: 1. The South East Zonal Chairman of the PDPYF, Hon. Strategy Ikechi Vitus gave his opening remark, he thanked all those who came, he commented on the needs and further benefits for leaders to always sacrifice and further stated that the implications of the absentees from meeting lies in decision making and whatever will be discussed and concluded shall stand firmly. 2. Imo State is in order 3. Anambra State Executives decided and agreed to make the Deputy Chairman their new chairman as the former Chairman was not disposed prior to negligence of duties. The new Anambra state Chairman is Hon. Goodluck Malunze - 07037256973 3. Ebonyi State Coordinator in the person of Hon.Peter Olisa sent his resignation letter and it was read by the Zonal Chairman, he therefore tasked his Executive members to send list of names for shortlisting and screening. 4. A report came to the council against the Enugu State Coordinator and the case is still under investigation because the National body is aware of it, where as the State Structure is in order. 5. Abia state is in order as a letter sent to the Governor is yet to be replied. 6. The Zonal Chairman tasked the executive members to be active on social media which is their major agreement by the PDP NWC in abuja and he encouraged the council to always package their self very well so as to potray an attractive image to the public. 7. Hon. Strategy Ikechi Onyeneho also tasked the South East body and the State coordinators along side to always give a political analysis of their states and to be done by their Facebook portals and other social media related applications, newspapers & co and all dormant portals should be revived. He further emphasized on the need and benefits of publicity. 8. He further read a letter sent by the Deputy coordinator of SEPDPYF prior to his further study abroad and he said he will consult the Abia State Coordinator hence the slot is for Abia state and screening will be made. He further wished his Deputy success in his future endeavours 9. The executives are yet to take a decision of the Zonal Secretary who is Lagos based and did not state his reasons for not coming and also the Zonal students leader. 10. The offices of the following persons were terminated based on their in-activeness: Mr Godwin Azih, Zonal finance and Acct Director from Enugu state, Lady Juliet Nwanya, the Zonal Treasurer and the Asst Secretary Ezeugo Chima both from Ebonyi state, Eneanya Onochie, the Mobilisational Director 11 and the Welfare director Nnagbo Gabriel both from Anambra. State coordinators were directed to send delegates to the States affected for screening 11. SEPDPYF youth rally will be held on the 22nd of November and an eleven man committee will be setup and every state coordinators is an automatic members. 12. Chief. Ndubuisi Ekomaru(Economist) from Imo state was agreed by the house to be a patron and the house agreed following his wealth of contacts to the group so far, again Chief. Arthur Eze from Anambra was also agreed to be a patron. 13. There will be another reconvention in two weeks time but yet to decide whether to use Abia or Anambra state as the venue. A motion of adjournment was moved by Anambra state Secretary and seconded by Enugu state Coordinator. A motion of enjoyment was moved by the Zonal Chairman in the person of Hon. Strategy Ikechi Onyeneho and the meeting closed by 3.40pm with closing prayer also said by the Chairman. THANKS for more enquiry 08122765373
