SOUTH TEXAS CORRUPTION - an update I, John E. Foddrill Sr. , will be a candidate in the San Antonio TX City Council District 7 election next spring. I will be running on an anti-corruption, public safety platform in an effort to expose and clean up the long term theft, fraud, waste inside City Hall. My first order of business when elected will be to terminate San Antonio TX City Manager Sheryl Sculley and City Auditor Kevin Barthold. I will call upon the SEC to prosecute them for defrauding bond rating firms, bond underwriters, financial institutions, municipal bond investors and taxpayers. I will contact law enforcement and state / federal agencies and ask that Sculley and her co-conspirators ( including judges and attorneys) be prosecuted for almost four years of Texas Open Meeting Act violations, for concealing the theft / misuse of tens of millions of 911 and other critical funding since 1982, for HUD fraud, official oppression, Free-Speech abuses, for concealing the theft of upwards of $200,000 by city IT manager Jose Medina and vendor Isabel Gonzaba, for concealing illegal no-bid contracts steered to friends, for using upwards of $ 60,000 to pay the law firm of Fitzpatrick & Kosanovich to coach city witnesses ( especially city IT Director Hugh Miller) to lie under oath in the 57th District Court of Judge Antonia Arteaga to conceal the illegal cover-up, to pay crooked attorney Shawn Fitzpatrick to defraud the federal Court of Judge Xavier Rodriguez so as to hide the criminal activity, “ color of the law” abuses, abuse of office, judicial malfeasance, perjury, subornation of perjury, falsification of government documents / audits, grant fraud , accounting fraud , for presenting false statements to federal investigators in HUD-OIG case hl-10-0465 and other crimes.
