SPACE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (MATERNITY CONTACT – 12 MONTHS) East London, Greater London, South East, England •Daily issues related to ship operation, space control,DG and OOG acceptance adhering to space managements instruction for all trade covered by this department. Responsible for systems update of scheduling and regional KPI’s, together with compilation and reconciliation of lift data (e.g. for USA TNWA/Maersk lift data) •Troubleshoot customs, documentation and ENS / EXS / C-TPAT issues including COD’s, resubmission of B/L data [AMS filings], transhipments and re-routings in liaison with EHQ Traffic & Coordination and local offices. •The job holder will also assist the General Manager as necessary with marketing support, which will encompass a wide range of tasks including but not confined to market intelligence, supply and demand, competition issues, economic indices, meeting preparation and external intelligence from industry experts/sources liable to impact upon the business. •The liner sectors involved are initially the U.S./Mediterranean or Black Sea trades.
