SPANISH FOR EXPATS... ¡Hola! If you are interested in starting or continuing your Spanish studies, I hope you will consider our next 6-week course for Expats in the Coco-Hermosa-Panama-Ocotal area. Course dates: August 25-October 6, 2014 Course schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 3-5pm (24 hours of class time total) Location: Green Life Academy in Coco Beach Price: $225 if paid before August 20; $250 if paid after August 20 Our classes are small, interactive, and 85-100% in Spanish. We use activities, gestures, picture cards, games, and stories to help students understand without having to translate to English (commonly called the Communicative Method). The course books contain Survival Spanish themes, conversation topics, and grammar exercises which we mostly assign as homework in order to maximize class time for conversation, pronunciation, and listening practice. We have 15 levels in our program and place students with a written and oral test. Our Information Session is on Wednesday, August 13, from 4 to 5pm, at Green Life Academy.
