SPANISH Recruiter Job Description and Requirements • Interviewing Candidates – 10-15 minute interviews • Verify prior to associates filling out an application that they appropriate documentation and proof of unemployment or schooling. • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, get referrals and leads • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment • Edit applications, verify proper documentation, and go over rules of OnDemand, and the application as a whole. • Forward finished and audited applications to • Assess and investigate employees registering with ODEG; prior to placing a candidates ensure the candidate is OnDemand material and that you are confident in sending the applicant to a client. • Complete necessary paperwork and processes to successfully register temp employees; I-9 W-4 etc. • Recruit within first hour of a client calling in a new order. • Work out rates based on quotes in the system add appropriate billing rates to orders and add associates to new orders in the system. • Match candidates with prospective employers; present resumes that have been spell cheeked; and look as if we care about the quality we send out. • Create and maintain follow-up with clients, call client on the employee’s first day to ensure employee arrived safely. • Update postings on CL and CareerBuilder • Develop strategies designed to identify qualified candidates • Complete 10 telemarketing calls a day; 5 recruiting calls an hour. • Uphold company standards, ensuring management of thoughtful placements, safe working associates, create a line of communication with the associates so they can bring unsafe work conditions to management for investigation. • Daily input of Activity • Follow through with resume presentation; verbal and email follow-up for feedback every 48 hours after an associate is sent. • Follow-up with your client contacts, ensure their needs are taken care; create a communication with them so they call OnDemand first. • File applications • File I-9’s • Audit your applications; prior to filing Requirements • HS Diploma • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Ability to use Good Judgment to accomplish goals • Time management and multi-tasking • Able to work in fast paced environment • Ability to work with effectively in a team orientated environment • Maintain a valid driver license in good standing and maintain auto insurance coverage • Ability to influence, negotiate and obtain commitments. • Excellent communication in all business settings • Professional business attire required, during regular scheduled hours. • Personal drive, and internal motivation
