SPAREPARTS CONTROLLER Male/ Female (2) Job Description Customer Satisfaction - Communicate and follow the Customer Satisfaction after-sales standards to all parts personnel. - Monitor results of the Customer Satisfaction Service Survey and implement process strategies to continually improve Customer Satisfaction ratings Sales - Ensure profitability of the Parts Department through the sale of parts and accessories. - Cooperate with Parts Manager to control parts promotions and advertising. - Implement effective advertising and merchandising programs to build retail and wholesale business. - Make daily operating control and other business controls. - Interdepartmental Relations - Coordinate with all personnel in Parts Dept. - Maintain effective working relationships with other departments. - Prepare for and participate in meetings with management and other departmental head. Expense Control - Manage departmental expenses effectively. - Maintain wholesale routes, delivery timetables, check-in and inspection procedures - Implement and develop with Parts Manager policies for ordering stock - Housekeeping / Safety - Maintain all Equipment in effective working condition. - Advise Parts Manager the equipment needed for the Parts Department. - Implement policies for stocking boxes and parts. Job Specification - Any graduate - Must be skilled and responsible to select correct/appropriate order for each parts (for this, quantity and timing is very important). - Knowledge of stock control to avoid large & long-term stock, which brings the huge cost. - Good in computer skill (word/excel/outlook) - Knowledge in import procedures.
