SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - Notice of Special General Meeting (SGM)January 19, 2014Third MeetingSunday, February 16th, 2014 at 2:00pm In accordance with the I.S.I.J. of Toronto Constitution Article 13, Section 2, second paragraph, regarding real properties of the Jamaat for leasing which shall be dealt with by resolution passed at a General Meeting of the Jamaat specifically called for the purpose, the adjourned meeting scheduled on February 2, 2014 was not attended by twenty five percent of majority of membership. Hence, the second meeting was adjourned and the Executive Committee is hereby providing two weeks written notice to members of a third meeting to be held on February 16, 2014 at 2pm at the Jaffari Community Centre. In accordance with the Constitution as stated above, those present at the third meeting shall form a quorum for the purpose of passing such a resolution.
