SPECIAL GUEST COACHES TONIGHT! We have an exciting surprise session planned for you guys tonight with guest coaches coming in to help us! Our first guest coach tonight is Shannon Mills who will be teaching dance and motions. Shannon has been involved in dance her entire life, she was named Welsh and UK Champion in the Hip Hop Divison and was even a cheerleader on the TV show SMTV: Live with Ant and Dec, back in the day! Shannons experience includes being Head Coach at University of Plymouth Storm Cheerleading Club where she was also a member for 3 years, she was also an original member of the first ever Pride Renegades competitive team. Since leaving Plymouth, Shannon has competed, choreographed and coached at Cardiff Central Explosion. With a long background in dance, choreography and coaching, Shannon is sure to bring a lot to tonights session! We will also see a return of our guest coach from last week, Amy Thorne who has coached competitive gymnastics for around a decade. Amy has trained as a member of Team GB in gymnastics and brings a phenomenal amount of experience to tonights training session. Amy may even be joining our team as a permanent coach so please make her feel welcome! Sian and Cindy will be at training as usual, we hope to make this a fun filled, action packed session that you will never forget! There will be dance, tumble and stunt as usual so dont miss out! With so much to get through, we want to get going as early as possible so please do not arrive any later than 7pm and report immediately to Sian and Cindy to register and pay, as usual! Tonights session is still £2 and we are still offering the session for free if you bring a friend who has never been before!
