Supreme Council of Elders (SCE) Being the apex institution which is the highest authority of IPOB. 2.Media - Biafra Voice International (BVI). Being the Information dispersal and media arm of IPOB 3. LEGAL - Bilie Human Right Initiative (BHRI). As Legal representative arm of IPOB. 4. DIPLOMACY - Biafra Liberation in Exile (BILE) Diplomatic arm of IPOB. 5. YOUTH - Biafra National Youth League (BNYL) Youth department of IPOB. 6. DEFENCE/Law and Order - Ndi Nche Ekumeku (coalition of all pro Biafran Militancy Oriented groups for IPOB). 7 FINANCE - UIDA is the abbreviation of the full name of this institution, the full name we will soon be announced when the documentation and full registration as a legal entity is formally concluded and an account detail created for all Biafrans to support IPOB financially. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that this customary administration gives all Biafrans the desired leadership and one sense of direction towards Biafra emancipation as an independent Nation. While every pro group have full right to take their place within the Institutions already established by coming up with your group ideology, activities and plans to create a new department within the Governmental structure of IPOB and where there is similar activity already in place, the group would have to work with the institution already doing the work for Biafra or bring up distinctive activity and responsibility to avoid overlapping of responsibility and to create a very effective and well-coordinated activities for Biafra.
