Although she may hate me for re-posting this, I would like you all to help send prayers, good vibes, well wishes or even a kind thought out to Tamara Davis (who is the mother of my niece and nephew) today. A million thanks to all of you! From Tammy: Im not one to post a whole lot on Facebook but I just wanted to take a little time to extend my heartfelt thanks to those of you who have been there for me these past few days during such a difficult time. To my family and friends who have supported me so very much, the time you all spent with me is something that I will always treasure. As far as my kids and kids-in-law are concerned, I just dont have adequate words. You are my life and my heart. To those of you who sent along kind words and thoughts, I am so grateful for every one. It truly matters and I am overwhelmed by the kindness from all of you. For those of you who may be wondering what Im rambling on about, on Friday I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer with liver involvement. Not a diagnosis that ANYONE wants! So much is up in the air right now but weve decided that the best plan is for me to leave New York to go stay with my son Andrew and Daughter in law,Tami to receive treatment at UPMC in Pittsburgh. So theres a silver lining in every dark cloud, I get to spend time with two of my favorite people in the whole wide world! And while this whole thing certainly isnt pleasant, aside from some pain, I really dont feel all that bad. So theres that. One thing I would like to ask of you all is prayer, positive energy, good vibes, whatever you believe in, please feel free to send some of it my way. And to be good to one another because when all is said and done, thats the most important thing. Tammy
