SPENDING and CARING are two different phenomenons though they share some similarities but most people tends to mistake one for another and this misconception has induced ruefulness in some relationships/marriages in recent time owing to materialism and selfishness on both genders which zeros down to the mindset. One could spend without being caring in the sense that when one spends just to get noticed/recognized, to intimidate or to generally get something in return which is conspicuously geared towards selfishness, it cant be reckoned as being caring but when the spending is selflessly designated to impact positively on the beneficiary, thats saliently when it could be tagged/considered as caring. Nevertheless, one can care with his/her time, kind words/compliment, selfless and relevant services, knowledge, prayers, bitter truth, strong but diplomatic/constructive words of advice/caution when needed without necessarily spending through ones nose. So, lets try distinguish between SPENDING and CARING, for us not to experience the consequences of mistaking one for another................. Those who have ears, let them hear! #Charles
