SPIRIT FOOD! Ok Magicians I tried to google this recipe but I couldnt find my rendition of it ! So here goes! lol ;) Chicken Boscaiola! INGREDIENTS 4 chicken Schnitzels Handful Mushrooms (chopped) 2 rashers Bacon (chopped) One onion (chopped) Shallots (chopped) Cup of cream Tablespoon of mustard One egg yolk Seasoning ( pepper and salt) Tablespoon of garlic Tablespoon of oil Your choice of herbs! Oven bake Chicken Schnitzels on lightly greased oven dish @ 180 degrees for 20 to 30 mins turning once at half time . Cook 250gms of pasta ! Place chopped onion, mushrooms bacon, shallots, garlic, tablespoon butter/oil in microwave dish/ jug and cook til ready . (or cook in frypan if you prefer ! Add cream , seasoning , herbs . egg yolk and mustard. Cook for a further 5 to ten mins , until it thickens . Serve cooked pasta as bed on plate Top with Chicken Top with Boscaiola Sauce ! Enjoy and be grateful! ...LOVE kel xx ( change method or use chicken breast fillets if you wish , do anything you want that suits YOU)
