SPLM Secretary Gen. comrade Pagan Amum Okiech has put to test the South Sudan Supreme Court. This being the first case filed in the Supreme Court, I hope Chief Justice Chan Reec Madut will not allow his cordial friendship or relationship with President Salva Kiir Mayardit to stand between him and the laws of the Republic upon which he presides. These are very difficult but also yet interesting times in South Sudan history since her Independence two years ago!
