TeachMe Kindergarten really helped her understand the concepts of addition and subtraction. I am so excited to see the same teaching principles used for multiplication and division. The visual and interactive display of the concepts used in multiplication and division are some of the best explanations Ive seen in an app. What an incredible value. Sight words and spelling are the same format as TeachMe 2nd Grade, but the words are harder. TeachMe 3rd Grade also adds a new incentive feature called Neighborhood. As with the other apps in the series, students earn coins that they can use to purchase prizes. In the Neighborhood option, students can decorate the inside and outside of a house. My daughter enjoys going to the pet store and buying fish she can take care of in the previous TeachMe apps, but I think this house feature might even trump the fish.
