SPOTLIGHT ON A CHALLENGER! Kim is a darling, darling friend of mine with a heart of Gold! I am sooo proud of what she accomplished in the last month! She learned new healthy tricks and habits, and they served her well---which I know came as a surprise to her, in the end! Once again, another Challenger who did the Ultimate Trade UP! Using a combo of Hip Hop Abs and Shakeology--- Kim laid aside 2 lbs. She melted off 3 inches---probably MORE actually, but she took fewer stats... Went down 2% in body fat! Lost 2 fat lbs! and grew 4 lbs of lean muscle!!!! Way to go, my friend! I am super proud of you! (ps...she is also a newer member on my team and has a mission to pay it forward and help others as well! amazing! --quite the thespian, too, and as you can see...adorable and fun!)
