***SPOTLIGHT SATURDAY*** The beautiful lady that I choose to spotlight today has battled a giant since she was in Elementary and Middle School. Doctors have put her on every diet imaginable and always told her that she was the perfect candidate for gastric bypass. But 7 months ago, she came face to face with Goliath. Her one smooth stone was the 10-Day GSC book and guess what? She KILLED the giant! She has dropped from 398 to 318 pounds and she feels GOOD! She is finally able to wear contacts and says that her weight is no longer a hindrance to her bright future! Now I always do a lil FB stalking of my potential spotlights and I found out that she is married and her husband has also joined her on her journey and hes down 20 pounds as well! She also ACTIVELY encourages people on her personal page to be about that Green Smoothie Life. Titanta Telfair, girl you have a REASON to CELEBRATE!!!! I rejoice with you today! Your worst is behind you and the BEST is YET to COME! Today, I tip my GSC hat and salute you my sister! ENJOY YOUR SPOTLIGHT! :)
