SPRING ROLLS: All are made fresh locally just prior to an event. They are chock full of seasonally available vegetables and other ingredients to give them their individual flavours. They are actually not cooked at all until at the event and then on a BBQ in sunflower oil so NOT deep fried like usual spring rolls. So although the outside skin is fried the ingredients inside are steamed giving them a healthy edge. We source our ingredients locally when possible. One is a meal in itself. THE FLAVOURS o Veg & Feta ~ Mix of seasonal vegetables & cubes of feta which melt when cooked. o Curry Veg & Feta ~ Same as Veg & Feta only curried with our own blend of curry spices. o Spinach & Veg ~ Seasonal vegetables with baby spinach. o Mushroom, Garlic & Feta~ Locally grown organic mushrooms in a base of seasonal vegetables mixed with garlic & feta cheese o Pizza ( the Luca) ~ Vegetable base with semi dried tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, basil, mozzarella & feta cheese. o Traditional ~ Our new flavour. Angel hair vermicelli noodles sprinkled with special sauce then mixed with mushroom, carrot, capsicum & red cabbage.
