SPYL CHICKEN COMING HOME TO ROOST I say, comrades, that SPYL faction, led by Cde Elijah Ngurare, Cde Job Amupanda, and Cde Imms Nashinge might now finally be coming home to roost, if a front page report on page 1 in this weekend’s Windhoek Observer were used as a pointer. The report says that Cde Lucas Hifikepunye Pohamba has finally decided to take a decisive action against the SPYL leadership under Cde Ngurare. Cde Pohamba reportedly reached this decision following a SWAPO Party Politburo meeting where inter alia the sustained scathing attacks on among others Cde Pohamba and Cde Geingob by the aforementioned SPYL activists were discussed in finer detail. Deputy Prime Minister Cde Marco Hausiku reportedly drew a parallel between the conduct of the impugned SPYL leadership and that of disgraced former ANC Youth League President, Cde Julius Malema! In a separate but related development this morning, businessman and Geingob confidant, Cde Desmond Amunyela, in a retaliatory surgical strike, severely criticized die-hard pro-Nujoma SPYL activist, Cde Imms Nashinge, for his own vicious attack on Cde Pohamba and Cde Geingob as well as Cde Amunyela some two weeks ago. During the vicious vice-presidential rat race leading up to the December 2 2012 SWAPO Party congress and after the said congress, the Ngurare faction of SPYL has been waging a ferocious verbal war of attrition against Pohamba and Geingob.
