SQUATS 5 sets of 10 at 230 lbs Get low to activate that BUTT! The glute max activates at 90 degrees and below so make sure you are not selling yourself short. Squat down to at least parallel and lower if you can ;) Your butt facilitates hip extension so squeeze your butt on the way up and make sure you feel it! Keep the majority of the force in your heel and try not to slide forward into your toes. Try not to up the weight until you get the FORM correct ! When the weight is too heavy and your body cant handle it you will compensate and recruit muscles you are not trying to work. Have a great week.
