Strong interface with outside agencies, R&D and Marketing teams local and global. Task & Responsibilities §Design and get approval of the most appropriate protocol study to guide R&D on product development. § In partnership with R&D team defining objectives and success criteria for quantitative studies. §Carry out studies, compile and analyze data, draw conclusions and generate technical reports. §Analytical thinking is a critical component of the role in developing complex plans and analysis to address project challenges. §Apply specialized knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies of marketing research. §Ability to innovate proactively scanning the external environment for new test methodologies and trends. §Provide critical business advice/information to organizational leaders to leverage findings for business growth opportunities. §Ability to manage complexity and comfortably handles unexpected changes. §Ability to negotiate priorities and timelines with R&D team and agencies §Often participate in cross functional project teams. Qualificações §A minimum of bachelor degree in Chemical or Food Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related. §Knowledge of basic Statistics and product development would be a differential. §Fluent English is required. §Desirable 3 years experience with consumer tests.
