SRI/USRSA SHORT & LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS NOW AVAILABLE; ADD YOUR STREAK STARTED DATE ON BACK. I am pleased to announce that our association is now offering short sleeve and long sleeve shirts branded with the names Streak Runners International and the United States Running Streak Association. The Streak Runners International version is a tech shirt that is white with blue lettering. The United States Running Streak Association version is also a tech shirt that is white with red lettering. Both singlet versions are available in mens and womens sizes. For additional $5, you can add Streak Started and your date to the back of the shirt. Please use the Notes section in the same screen that you select your size to add your Streak Started date. As a word of caution, please be aware that we are an international association and not all of us record dates the same way. For example, most people in the USA prefer to record dates month/day/year whereas much of the rest of the world record dates day/month/year. It is, therefore, very important that you specify in the Notes section on how you would prefer the date to appear on the back of your shirt. On a personal note, Diane and I just returned from Chicago where we ran the marathon yesterday. It was Dianes first marathon and she had an amazing novice run by just missing qualifying for the Boston Marathon by 99 seconds. I am very proud of her. As for me, the Chicago Marathon was my 700th lifetime race since I first pinned a number to my shirt back in 1984. It was also my 28th marathon. I was lucky enough to qualify for the 2016 Boston Marathon when I move into a new age group. I have already been accepted to the 2015 Boston Marathon and have run the historic Massachusetts course for the last ten consecutive years (2005-2014).
