SRMS Administrator/ Engineer Senior with active TS/SCI: Details: Cyberspace Solutions is looking for a application Remedy Engineer to design, engineer, install, configure and administer Remedy ARS in application environments; provide support for incident, problem, change, and service level management as well as other IT processes; act as the subject matter expert for Remedy functionality and data integration activities; and identify and resolve technical issues/problems with Remedy, its various interfaces and supporting tools. Responsible for gathering various reporting requirements and producing resultant reports; testing and validating change results for Remedy ITSM modules; supporting integration efforts for Remedy systems requirements with business and other systems process improvements and building requirements documentation and designing technical solutions for Remedy and other system interfaces. Will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires good teamwork and coordination. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Active TS/SCI clearance required B.S. Degree 5+ years of experience in Remedy administration and engineering. 3+ years of experience with Oracle 10G. Experience with performing business analytics on data warehouse to develop dashboards and scoreboards. Knowledge of Help Desk operations and fundamentals. 5+ years IT experience in Windows, Linux, UNIX based infrastructure 5+ years (Windows Server/Exchange and Solaris) CERTIFICATIONS: Security+ certification AR 7.6 BMC Remedy System Administrator Certification Strong verbal and written communications skills.
