SS#3. Alrighty Challengers its time to pump up the volume! Sunday Surprise this week is a 5 km time trial! Thats it, straight out, a hard and as fast as you can go 5 km run/jog/walk! Use map my run, a gps, google maps, the car odometer or a Gregorys to measure your 5 kms! Can also be done on tread mill, no worries. If you dont like running....Im sorry, Hardn Up, I still want you to have a go. Thats what this Challenge is about! May only be substituted for rower(5km), xtrainer(10km, level 6) or bike(10 km, level 6) if you have a genuine injury that prevents you from jogging! It doesnt matter how big or deconditioned you think you are! Rip into it. Ill post a results guide later tomorrow. See how YOU placed!
