Travel and Tours, State Housing Corporation Koforidua, Odo Rice Restaurant and Asankragwa Catholic Hospital. • Others include, St James Hotel, Koforidua, A.Star Microfinance Ltd, Takoradi, New Century Mines, Takwa and Happy Home Academy, Accra. • Currently there are a lot of cases pending in court and many have also been prosecuted over the years. • Mr. George Aguddy of the CPP is not the only person whose case had been settled in court over SSNIT contributions. • SSNIT would continue to prosecute defaulters as long as they refuse to make payment to ensure that workers do not become worse off after retirement.
