Over many years the interactions between the surveying profession and the Titles Registry have been limited with the surveying profession usually taking on a lesser role. As the nature of land development evolves, surveyors are regularly being called upon to provide broader and wider advice with respect to many actions that involve the Titles Registry. This presentation is aimed at providing a series of helpful hints and tips with respect to many of the dealings that a surveyor may have with the titles registry, ranging from the correct application of s49DA of the Land Title Act 1994 to the requirements of the Body Corporate and Community Titles Act 1994 and reconfiguration of schemes. ow.ly/BD3L9
