STANFORD UNIVERSITY (CA) GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS ANNOUNCES SUMMER INSTITUTE FOR GENERAL MANAGEMENT The current job market is extremely competitive, and companies are hiring young professionals who can make an immediate impact in the workplace. The Summer Institute for General Management (SIGM) provides the business knowledge students and young professionals need to distinguish themselves from the pack. SIGM is a four-week residential program designed for rising undergraduate juniors & seniors, and recent college graduates with non-business degrees (i.e. Humanities, science, engineering, and law). Participants are taught business fundamentals by the same faculty that teach in the Stanford MBA program.
