STAR Event: Career Investigation! Career Investigation, an individual event, recognizes participants for their ability to perform self-assessments, research and explore a career, set career goals, create a plan for achieving goals, and describe the relationship of Family and Consumer Sciences coursework to the selected career. Your artifact is a portfolio of your work compiled in an FCCLA notebook OR an electronic portfolio. Your speech is up to 10 minutes. The work of the project includes self assessments, research and interviews/job shadowing.
