STARTING SOON at 8:00 pm!! Coach Pamela Woerner Paul set up a webinar for her team, but she opened it up to anyone who wants to join us to chat about our Clearwater Distance Classic. After introductions, I will be talking about renaming our race to the Clearwater Distance Classic and the various courses for each event. Tia Pettygrue will be discussing some of her tips used to complete multiple marathons and 50 half marathons, including her thoughts on nutrition, fueling, and pacing.
