STARVED,NEGLECTED AND DUMPED!!! These two 4 month old pups were found in a terrible condition. These two very friendly pups are suffering from severe mange. They are being checked by vets as we are posting this. How can anyone do this to these lovely dogs? They haven’t even started their lives and this is the way they have been treated by humans. People really need to wake up and treat their pets properly. We are seeing this on an ever increasing scale in our city and county. These two beauties we can help, because they are in our care, but what about the others that we don’t see, and are unable to help. Pets are being treated like throw away items THIS HAS TO STOP !!!!!
