CHIEF MINISTERS AGRI-MECHANIZATION PROGRAMME– Implemented by: Department of Agriculture 4. CHIEF MINISTERS AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN QUALITY EDUCATION– Best School Award - One in each District, Rs. 1 lakh each, Best Principal and Best Headmaster – Rs. 50,000 each And Two best male teachers and two best female teachers- Rs.50, 000 each. Implemented by : Department of Education. 5. VIDYA SCHEME launched for unmarried girl students of Class VI for continuing school education. The scheme envisages an initial deposit of Rs 5000/ only in their account to be drawn with interest after passing class XII.The initial deposit has been increased to Rs. 10000/- from the current year 6. SANITARY AND NAPKINS SPECIALLY FOR GIRLS Students: ..Implemented by : Department of Education. 7. CHIEF MINISTERS UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME: Implemented by : Department of Health & Family Welfare 8. CHIEF MINISTERS DISABILITY PENSION SCHEME -. Implemented by: Department of Social Justice and Tribal Affairs 9. CHIEF MINISTERS LIVELIHOOD MISSION SCHOOL (CMLMS)- Implemented by : Department of Rural Development . 10. CHIEF MINISTERS GRANTS LOIN LOOM SCHEME– Implemented by: Department of Textile & Handicraft. 11. ARUNACHAL KRISHI KARMAN AWARD– Implemented by: Department of Agriculture. 12. CHIEF MINISTERS MISSION MODE PROJECT (MMP)– Implemented by : Department of Trade & Commerce 13. CHIEF MINISTERS TROPHY OF FOOTBALL AND VOLLEYBALL, Implemented by : Department of Sports and Youths affairs 14. CHIEF MINISTERS TALENT AWARD SCHEME - Introduced in 2011-12 to in still a spirit of competition and academic excellence amongst students of Class X and XII, the award provides meritorious students with free laptops and has benefitted a total of 2286 government schools students. Implemented by: Department of Education. 15. CHIEF MINISTER WELFARE SCHEMES: 10 kg free rice per person per month for people residing in border villages which are within proximity from the International Boundary. 16. A LOAN CUM-SUBSIDY SCHEMES: for purchase of a medium size transport vehicle for transportation of essential commodities in the border areas for eligible unemployed youth through Apex Bank. (To strengthen the Public Distribution System (PDS) by creating adequate storage facilities particularly in Border areas for implementation of the National Food Security Act 2013.
