Section 2. To secure the inherent sovereign rights of citizens of the United States the following requirements shall be met: . . . “ We will be discussing each Step in the Sovereignty Amendment Convention process: 1) Applications, 2) Pre-approved Countermand Amendment text, 3) Delegate Resolutions, 4) Convention deliberations and 5) Ratifications. We will be showing why Article V does not authorize Constitutional (Open) Conventions, but rather Amendment Conventions to propose Amendments. Article V does not allow the States to diminish the supremacy of the Constitution to protect our individual liberties and States Rights.
