STATE OF THE NATION!! The main target of these evil terrorists is to distabilise the country and probably make it as chaotic as Somalia. They are exploiting the tense political climate in trying to acheive that. Kenyas opposition especially ODM has never surrendered to the fact that Uhuru won during 2013 polls. They continue scheming how to undermine his rule and how to kick him out. Yesterday they were saying theyd engage in nationwide rallies to force out the president and Karangi over insecurity. They said he has lost control of half the geographical area of Kenya to terrorists! Very alarming statement. Then at night the terrorists massacre 36 quarry workers in Mandera only hours after terror gunmen shoot people in a club at Wajir killing one victim. They have now given the necessary fuel to ODM. Its clear the terrorists are keenly studying our political climate before making their deadly moves. Theyre more than ever determined to crush us. Sometines back parliament had noted that both Somali and Kenya governments plus AMISON and Somali citizens wanted KDF to continue their Somali operation. On the other hand both ODM and Al Shabaab wanted KDF to withdraw. So the question was why should ODM talk al shabaab language instead of supporting the governments and AMISON? The mombasa county commissioner had warned ODM was engaging in terror attacks after intelligence revealed that some suspects had been spotted in an ODM rally. Online rumours had recently emerged where a somali terrorist leader was somehow praising odm leader and pledging to help him overthrow Uhuru. So we have to suspect theres some level of cooperation between these two anti-government forces. Therefore the big challenge for Uhuru is how to neutralise Kenyas opposition to make all political wings and mainstream media take a common stand and view concerning insecurity and terrorism. And i mean he should ruthlessly neutralise. This will prevent terrorists from exploiting existing divisions. Im almost sure if such divisions didnt exist they would not have attacked quarry workers this morning since it would not have had the impact they want. Its time for the president to drop PR and play hard. Use the other instruments of power at your disposal or else these guys gonna send you packing home.
