STATE TERRORISM VERSES NON-STATE TERRORISM. So much is talked about terrorism in this world and almost no one talks about state terrorism. If one studies terrorism will come to conclusion that torture and terrorism comes from the states first. Terrorism its a vicious circle and state actors have more responsibility to respect their own rules than non-state actors. Terrorism will not solve anything regardless who commits it. Negotiations and mediations can bring peace faster than terrorism. Terrorism has almost never worked to achieve a result. Perhaps has worked in Northern Ireland, however negotiations and peace deal achieved what state and non-state terrorism has not achieved for decades. World is more complex than dividing people in terrorists and others. Anyway terrorists is not defined in international law so even using the word its contradictory.
