STATEHOUSE PROTECTING KOBIA AFTER CONFESSING MURDER. DID MUNENE SEND HIM THIS TIME ROUND TO KILL FIDEL THE WAY HE SENT HIM BEFORE TO KILL RAILA BUT FAILED? Being taken for mental probe is just a way of keeping him out of danger and also to avoid him giving more info on how they killed Fidel. The people who sent him will eventually kill him to hide evidence. The main question though is, who sent Kobia to kill Fidel. This Kobia guy, is the same person who once confessed that Munene sent him to kill Raila, refering to Uhuru Kenyatta as the Munene. He did not succeed then and was beaten up by Raila security detail. Munene FYI is a word used to refer to the BIG MAN. The same term was used by the killer of Tom Mboya when he was caught. He also then said, and I quote why dont you go for the big man, the munene, who sent me, refering to Jomo Kenyatta who sent him to kill Tom Mboya.
