STATEMENT: Russell Westbrook was OKCs best player during the playoffs. Russ averaged 26.7/7.3/8.1/2.2steals and had a 25 PER KD averaged 29.6/8.9/3.9/1steal and had a 22.7 PER People accuse Westbrook of being a ball-hog but he averaged more than 8 assists a game.. And KD is 7-8 inches taller than Russ and only averaged 1.6 more rebounds per game. And honestly when watching OKCs games this postseason Russell Westbrook looked like he was clearly the best player on the floor more often than not. Lastly, this is not meant to be anything negative to KD. Im not hating on KD. Im just stating my opinion backed up with some stats. People try to blame all of KDs struggles in the playoffs on Westbrook but seem to forget that KD couldnt even make it past the conference semis without him.
