STATIST LOGIC 101: Regulation on medical businesses is crippling. To take care of costs, doctors just raise prices. Taxes on businesses is large. Businesses take care of it by reducing wages, raising prices and delivering less return on stocks. Things like Rent control end up making housing more scarce and eventually more expensive. Excessive regulation and taxes also make it very hard for businesses to hire poor people, making jobs harder to find. All of these are bad for poor people, because it raises the cost of living on their already tight financial status. To fix it, we need a higher minimum wage. -Alexander Wrinkle
